Fresh pasta is made of Senatore Cappelli’s durum selection and spinach are harvested in a Bio Certified farm. Milk Free, Lactose Free, Soy Free, Eggs Free, Solanacea Free.

Italian Wheat Grain Semolina, Strachicco Rice Cheese 20%: BioSuRice 48% (water, germinated whole rice 20,8%, salt, apple vinegar), water, cocconut oil, rice syrup, lemon juice. Thikeners: agar-agar, arabic gum, xanthan gum, carrube seeds flour, natural flavour. Stuffing: water, spinach 12%, onions, carrots, bread (wheat flour type ‘0’, water, salt, yeast), yeast extract, sea salt, avena fiber, extra virgin olive oil, maggiorana, nutmeg.
Boil in slightly salted water for few minutes.
Strain and dress it up how you like.
