Ravioli with Chicca® and zucchini

Our recipe for the stuffed Ravioli is with pan-fried zucchini and Vegan Mozzarella classic: our soft vegan alternative to cheese.

Pasta is totally egg-free, made according traditional method which maintain the taste where the zucchini stuffing is 100% italian origin.

Cook it in few minutes and try the special “Senatore Cappelli” durum semolina! It holds the cooking maintaining the texture.

Simply boil and strain them up for an innovative entreé in your vegan menu. Milk-free, Soy-free, egg-free, solanacea-free

At home keep them in fridge: best between 0° and + 4° C.

Italian Wheat Grain Semolina, Strachicca Rice Cheese 20%: BioSuRice 46% (water, germinated whole rice 20,8%, salt, apple vinegar), water, cocconut oil, rice syrup, lemon juice. Thikeners: agar-agar, arabic gum, xanthan gum, carrube seeds flour, natural flavour. Stuffing: water, zucchini 19%, onions, bread (wheat flour type ‘0’, water, sea salt, yeast). Vegetable Broth: Seasalt, yeast extract, rice flour,sunflower oil, onion, carrots, celery, spices (curcuma, macis) parcely, sea salt, avena fiber, extra virgin olive oil, basel, curry, garlic.


Boil in slightly salted water for few minutes.

Strain and dress it up how you like.
