An innovative and versatile product: our RaviolGnocchi can be cooked using the traditional method in boiling water or pan fried as finger food full of flavour! Try them in both versions.
Pasta is fresh and made with durum wheat. Potatoes and spinach come from bio cultures.
They do not contain milk, lactose, soy and eggs.
Keep in the freezer at a temperature between -18° C e -6°C

PASTA 60%: potatoes, corn starch, wheat flour, water, salt.
FILLING 40%: Strachicco di riso Verys 57% [BioSurice 48% (water, germinated whole rice 20,8%, salt, apple vinegar), water, cold pressed coconut oil, rice malt syrup, lemon juice. Agar agar, arabic gum, xanthan gum, carob tree seeds flour,, natural flavours], spinch 28%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), leek, evo oil, shallot, salt, garlic, pepper, chillies.
Place pasta still frozen in a pan with boiling water and salt. Let simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Drain and season to your taste.
Served as finger food: pan fry your RaviolGnocchi in abundant olive oil until golden crisp.
Place on kitchen paper to absorb excess oil, serve still hot and enjoy!
