Crespelle with leeks, zucchini and Chicca® fumè
Frozen Crespelle 100% vegan with a creamy filling made with leeks, courgettes and Chicca Fumè, which gives a succulent and unmistakable taste.
Crespelle are made with bio chickpea and spelt flour.
They do not contain milk, lactose and eggs.
Keep in freezer between -18° C and -6°C.

Water, bechamel (water, stone milled wheat flour, sunflower seeds oil, salt, nutmeg) bio spelt flour, grilled courgette 10%, chickpea flour, Chicca Fumè 5%, cream of leek 5%(leek, extra virgin olive oil, salt, wine vinegar, rice malt syrup, pepper, citric acid) corn starch, onion, saffron, salt.
In the pan: gently heat up a table spoon of evo oil then cook for 3/4 minutes each side.
Oven: bake at 180°: 10-15 minutes.
