Crespelle with Mushrooms and Chicca

Filling is made with our Chicca di Riso and mushrooms.

Crespelle are made with bio chickpea and spelt flour.

They do not contain milk, lactose and eggs.

Ingredients
Water, bechamel (water, stone milked wheat flour, sunflower seeds oil, salt, nutmeg), mushrooms 13% (champignon, gelone, pinarolo, porcino), evo oil, sunflower seeds oil, salt, rice malt syrup, parsley, garlic, citric acid), spelt flour, Chicca di Riso 12%, bio chickpea flour, corn starch, salt, saffron.

Preparation

In the pan: gently heat up a table spoon of evo oil then cook for 3/4 minutes each side.

Oven: bake at 180°: 10-15 minutes.
